MUNK\u00c1LTAT\u00d3I JOGOSULTS\u00c1GOK<\/h5>\n<p>A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 az el\u0151fizet\u00e9si csomagj\u00e1nak megfelel\u0151 jogosults\u00e1gi szinten jogosult k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9sek k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9tel\u00e9re;<\/li>\n<li>munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i profilok megtekint\u00e9s\u00e9re az el\u0151fizet\u00e9s\u00e9nek megfelel\u0151 m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben;<\/li>\n<li>kapcsolatfelv\u00e9telre a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3kkal (amennyiben a csomag chat funkci\u00f3t tartalmaz);<\/li>\n<li>kedvencek list\u00e1j\u00e1nak haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1ra (amennyiben a csomag ezt tartalmazza);<\/li>\n<li>a platform \u00e1ltal biztos\u00edtott tov\u00e1bbi, az el\u0151fizet\u00e9shez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Az ALAP csomaggal rendelkez\u0151 munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag korl\u00e1tozott profilinform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat (n\u00e9v, poz\u00edci\u00f3, nyelvtud\u00e1s, tapasztalat, el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9gi st\u00e1tusz, profilk\u00e9p) tekinthet meg, \u00e9s nem jogosult \u00f6n\u00e9letrajz, dokumentumok, telefonsz\u00e1m, e-mail c\u00edm vagy egy\u00e9b kapcsolattart\u00e1si adat megtekint\u00e9s\u00e9re, sem chat, kedvencek vagy \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9si funkci\u00f3 haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n<p>A PROFI \u00e9s PR\u00c9MIUM csomaggal rendelkez\u0151 munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 jogosult a teljes profil (\u00f6n\u00e9letrajz, dokumentumok, kapcsolattart\u00e1si adatok) megtekint\u00e9s\u00e9re azon munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben, akik ehhez kifejezetten hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rultak.<\/p>\n<h5>4. \u00c1LL\u00c1SHIRDET\u00c9SEK K\u00d6ZZ\u00c9T\u00c9TELE<\/h5>\n<p>A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 k\u00f6teles biztos\u00edtani, hogy az \u00e1ltala k\u00f6zz\u00e9tett \u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9s val\u00f3s \u00e9s pontos inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kat tartalmazzon, jogszer\u0171 foglalkoztat\u00e1sra ir\u00e1nyuljon, ne legyen megt\u00e9veszt\u0151, \u00e9s ne s\u00e9rtse harmadik szem\u00e9ly jogait.<\/p>\n<p>Tilos olyan \u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9s k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9tele, amely val\u00f3tlan vagy f\u00e9lrevezet\u0151, jogellenes tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gre ir\u00e1nyul, diszkriminat\u00edv, s\u00e9rt\u0151 vagy spam jelleg\u0171.<\/p>\n<p>A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 k\u00f6teles betartani az alkalmazand\u00f3 munka\u00fcgyi \u00e9s egyenl\u0151 b\u00e1n\u00e1sm\u00f3dra vonatkoz\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyokat, \u00e9s tart\u00f3zkodni a jelentkez\u0151k nem, \u00e9letkor, sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e1s, \u00e1llampolg\u00e1rs\u00e1g, vall\u00e1s, fogyat\u00e9koss\u00e1g vagy egy\u00e9b v\u00e9dett tulajdons\u00e1g alapj\u00e1n t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 indokolatlan megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6ztet\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l.<\/p>\n<p>A STAFFOREX jogosult az \u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9sek ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9re, m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re, felf\u00fcggeszt\u00e9s\u00e9re vagy t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9re, \u00e9s nem k\u00f6teles minden bek\u00fcld\u00f6tt hirdet\u00e9st j\u00f3v\u00e1hagyni.<\/p>\n<h5>5. AZ ADATB\u00c1ZIS HASZN\u00c1LAT\u00c1NAK KORL\u00c1TAI<\/h5>\n<p>A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a platformon megismert munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i adatokat kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag munkaer\u0151-felv\u00e9teli, toborz\u00e1si \u00e9s kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1si c\u00e9lokra haszn\u00e1lhatja fel.<\/p>\n<p>Kifejezetten tilos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i adatb\u00e1zis m\u00e1sol\u00e1sa, t\u00f6meges gy\u0171jt\u00e9se vagy export\u00e1l\u00e1sa;<\/li>\n<li>automatiz\u00e1lt adatkinyer\u00e9s, scraper vagy robot haszn\u00e1lata;<\/li>\n<li>saj\u00e1t adatb\u00e1zis \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se a STAFFOREX rendszer\u00e9ben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 adatokb\u00f3l;<\/li>\n<li>a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i adatok \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9se vagy harmadik f\u00e9l r\u00e9sz\u00e9re t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 \u00e1tad\u00e1sa;<\/li>\n<li>az adatok jelen Szab\u00e1lyzattal ellent\u00e9tes egy\u00e9b felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A STAFFOREX jogosult a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9sek \u00e9s profilmegtekint\u00e9sek napl\u00f3z\u00e1s\u00e1ra biztons\u00e1gi \u00e9s adatv\u00e9delmi c\u00e9lb\u00f3l, valamint a hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1ra vagy megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9re vissza\u00e9l\u00e9s gyan\u00faja eset\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<h5>6. KOMMUNIK\u00c1CI\u00d3 \u00c9S \u00c9RT\u00c9KEL\u00c9SEK<\/h5>\n<p>A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a chat funkci\u00f3n kereszt\u00fcl folytatott kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 sor\u00e1n k\u00f6teles tisztelettud\u00f3an elj\u00e1rni, \u00e9s tart\u00f3zkodni a s\u00e9rt\u0151, zaklat\u00f3 vagy megt\u00e9veszt\u0151 magatart\u00e1st\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3 \u00e1ltal adott \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9seknek val\u00f3s tapasztalaton kell alapulniuk, t\u00e9nyszer\u0171nek \u00e9s kultur\u00e1ltnak kell lenni\u00fck; tilos val\u00f3tlan, s\u00e9rt\u0151, becs\u00fclets\u00e9rt\u0151 vagy rosszhiszem\u0171 \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9tele.<\/p>\n<h5>7.
