REGISZTR\u00c1CI\u00d3 \u00c9S PROFIL L\u00c9TREHOZ\u00c1SA<\/h5>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 a regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3 sor\u00e1n k\u00f6teles val\u00f3s, pontos \u00e9s naprak\u00e9sz adatokat megadni, \u00e9s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag saj\u00e1t e-mail c\u00edm\u00e9t haszn\u00e1lhatja.<\/p>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 jogosult szakmai profilt l\u00e9trehozni, amely tartalmazhat k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen nevet, profilk\u00e9pet, nyelvtud\u00e1st, szakmai tapasztalatot, v\u00e9gzetts\u00e9geket, \u00f6n\u00e9letrajzot, bizony\u00edtv\u00e1nyokat, aj\u00e1nl\u00f3leveleket \u00e9s bemutatkoz\u00f3 sz\u00f6veget.<\/p>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag olyan adatot, dokumentumot vagy k\u00e9pet t\u00f6lthet fel, amelynek k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9tel\u00e9re jogosult, \u00e9s teljes felel\u0151ss\u00e9get v\u00e1llal a felt\u00f6lt\u00f6tt tartalom val\u00f3dis\u00e1g\u00e1\u00e9rt \u00e9s jogszer\u0171s\u00e9g\u00e9\u00e9rt.<\/p>\n<p>A STAFFOREX jogosult a profilok ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e9s j\u00f3v\u00e1hagy\u00e1s\u00e1ra; nem k\u00f6teles minden bek\u00fcld\u00f6tt profilt j\u00f3v\u00e1hagyni.<\/p>\n<h5>3. A PROFIL L\u00c1THAT\u00d3S\u00c1GA<\/h5>\n<h6>Alap profilinform\u00e1ci\u00f3k<\/h6>\n<p>A regisztr\u00e1lt munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra alapesetben megjelenhetnek a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 alap profiladatai: n\u00e9v, profilk\u00e9p, poz\u00edci\u00f3, nyelvtud\u00e1s, szakmai tapasztalat, munk\u00e1ba \u00e1ll\u00e1s v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 id\u0151pontja \u00e9s r\u00f6vid bemutatkoz\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h6>Teljes profil<\/h6>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 kifejezett, \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa alapj\u00e1n a teljes profilja (\u00f6n\u00e9letrajz, bizony\u00edtv\u00e1nyok, aj\u00e1nl\u00f3levelek, kapcsolattart\u00e1si adatok) a PROFI vagy PR\u00c9MIUM el\u0151fizet\u00e9ssel rendelkez\u0151 munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra v\u00e1lhat hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151v\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 a hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t a profilbe\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sokban b\u00e1rmikor visszavonhatja vagy m\u00f3dos\u00edthatja; a visszavon\u00e1s nem \u00e9rinti a visszavon\u00e1st megel\u0151z\u0151 adatkezel\u00e9s jogszer\u0171s\u00e9g\u00e9t, \u00e9s nem \u00e9rinti azokat az adatokat, amelyeket a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k a visszavon\u00e1st megel\u0151z\u0151en jogszer\u0171en megismertek.<\/p>\n<h5>4. AZ ADATOK MUNK\u00c1LTAT\u00d3K \u00c1LTALI FELHASZN\u00c1L\u00c1SA<\/h5>\n<p>A munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i adatokat kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag munkaer\u0151-felv\u00e9teli, toborz\u00e1si \u00e9s kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1si c\u00e9lb\u00f3l haszn\u00e1lhatj\u00e1k fel.<\/p>\n<p>Tilos a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i adatok \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9se, harmadik f\u00e9l r\u00e9sz\u00e9re t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 \u00e1tad\u00e1sa, t\u00f6meges gy\u0171jt\u00e9se, valamint az adatokb\u00f3l saj\u00e1t adatb\u00e1zis \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se a STAFFOREX rendszer\u00e9n k\u00edv\u00fcl.<\/p>\n<h5>5. A MUNKAV\u00c1LLAL\u00d3 K\u00d6TELEZETTS\u00c9GEI<\/h5>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 k\u00f6teles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>val\u00f3s \u00e9s naprak\u00e9sz adatokat megadni;<\/li>\n<li>kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag saj\u00e1t tulajdon\u00e1t k\u00e9pez\u0151 vagy k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9telre jogosult dokumentumokat felt\u00f6lteni;<\/li>\n<li>tiszteletteljesen kommunik\u00e1lni a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3kkal a chat funkci\u00f3n kereszt\u00fcl;<\/li>\n<li>tart\u00f3zkodni a hamis vagy megt\u00e9veszt\u0151 inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k k\u00f6zl\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l;<\/li>\n<li>egy id\u0151ben kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag egy akt\u00edv munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i profilt fenntartani.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 \u00e1ltal adott \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9seknek val\u00f3s tapasztalaton kell alapulniuk, t\u00e9nyszer\u0171nek \u00e9s kultur\u00e1ltnak kell lenni\u00fck; tilos val\u00f3tlan, s\u00e9rt\u0151 vagy rosszhiszem\u0171 \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9tele.<\/p>\n<h5>6. INAKT\u00cdV PROFILOK KEZEL\u00c9SE<\/h5>\n<p>A STAFFOREX c\u00e9lja, hogy a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra naprak\u00e9sz \u00e9s akt\u00edv munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i adatb\u00e1zist biztos\u00edtson. Aktivit\u00e1snak min\u0151s\u00fcl k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a bejelentkez\u00e9s, a profil m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sa, \u00e1ll\u00e1sjelentkez\u00e9s beny\u00fajt\u00e1sa, \u00fczenet k\u00fcld\u00e9se vagy fogad\u00e1sa, illetve dokumentum felt\u00f6lt\u00e9se.<\/p>\n<p>Amennyiben a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i profil 30 egym\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151 napon kereszt\u00fcl nem mutat aktivit\u00e1st, a STAFFOREX figyelmeztet\u0151 e-mail \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9st k\u00fcld.<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151en a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 14 napos t\u00fcrelmi id\u0151t kap, amely alatt b\u00e1rmely aktivit\u00e1s megszak\u00edtja az inaktiv\u00e1l\u00e1si folyamatot.<\/p>\n<p>Amennyiben a t\u00fcrelmi id\u0151 alatt sem t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik aktivit\u00e1s, a profil inakt\u00edv st\u00e1tuszba ker\u00fcl: nem jelenik meg a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i keres\u00e9sekben \u00e9s nem szerepel a nyilv\u00e1nos tal\u00e1latok k\u00f6z\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p>Az inaktiv\u00e1l\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151 30 nap eltelt\u00e9vel, amennyiben tov\u00e1bbra sem t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik aktivit\u00e1s, a STAFFOREX jogosult a profil \u00e9s a kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 adatok v\u00e9gleges t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9re, a jogszab\u00e1ly \u00e1ltal meg\u0151rzend\u0151 adatok kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel.<\/p>\n<p>A munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 bejelentkez\u00e9ssel vagy egy\u00e9b aktivit\u00e1ssal b\u00e1rmikor \u2013 ak\u00e1r az inaktiv\u00e1l\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151en is \u2013 \u00fajraaktiv\u00e1lhatja a profilj\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<h5>7. JOGS\u00c9RT\u00c9SEK K\u00d6VETKEZM\u00c9NYEI<\/h5>\n<p>Jelen Szab\u00e1lyzat megs\u00e9rt\u00e9se \u2013 \u00edgy k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen hamis adatok megad\u00e1sa, megt\u00e9veszt\u0151 profil l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1sa vagy a kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3s szab\u00e1lyok megs\u00e9rt\u00e9se \u2013 eset\u00e9n a STAFFOREX jogosult a profil korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1ra, felf\u00fcggeszt\u00e9s\u00e9re vagy v\u00e9gleges t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<h5>8.
