Stafforex operates as a labor placement agency within the meaning of the Arbeitsmarktförderungsgesetz (AMFG), but it is not a classic active placement agency: the platform does not perform active matching between employers and employees and does not act as a mediator in the conclusion of contracts. Stafforex is also not a labor exchange, staffing agency, or headhunter company. The platform only provides a technical platform for connecting employers and employees, and does not assume responsibility for employment relationships, contracts, or agreements that are established between users.
The technical operation of the platform – including the operation of the database, the search and filtering functions, the management of user accounts, and the self-generated resume and document generation with artificial intelligence – falls under the industry license for „automatic data processing and IT services” (GISA number: 39949868).
